Interest Rate:

The interest rate is a fixed rate that is generally based on the most common market rate in the area and the credit score of the borrower.

Loan Prepayment:

There is no prepayment penalty.

Inspections:

All loan funds will be disbursed directly to the borrower a few days after loan closing. A certificate of completion will be required when the improvement is done, and a final inspection will also be necessary as specified by HUD.

Qualifying Property:

The property to be improved must be member-owned (and Everyone Can Join!). If new construction, it must have been completed and occupied for at least 90 days
