E-Teller: Free 24-hour Internet Account Access
  • NEW! E-teller members can now transfer funds into a friend or family's SoAFCU account even if you are not a signer on their account.

If you are a new user please click here to Quick Enroll to E-Teller service. Once you have created your user name and password and your information is verified you will be able to log into E-teller.

To view the E-teller site correctly and take advantage of the 128-bit security encryption you may need to update your browser.

The first time you log on to E-Teller you will be prompted to change your password. Once your have accessed your account you will use Options tab at the top of the E-teller page to change your password. E-Teller passwords must be at least 7 to 15 characters long, and must contain a minimum of 2 numeric characters (i.e.. BPFR34, or JB23JILL). Passwords are case sensitive. For safety and security, after three consecutive unsuccessful log-in attempts, you will be locked out of E-teller until a SoAFCU Representative resets your bad password count. E-teller has an added layer of protection and online security for your finances and to protect your identity. Free identity verification features watch for uncharacteristic or unusual behavior involving your Internet Account access. You will be asked for additional information to initiate this free security feature. Simply follow the prompt to set up your security questions and phone numbers where you can be reached when you are online.

E-Statements via E-Mail Saves Time!

You must sign up for E-Teller to receive your E-Statement. On the last day of every month you will receive a message via e-mail instructing you to log-in to your secure E-teller Internet Account Access service to retrieve your monthly statement. You may view, print, and store the monthly E-Statement to a file in your hard drive. Members receiving E-statement will not receive a hard copy in the mail.
