Browser Compaitibility

Are you having difficulty logging on to e-Teller or Bill Pay? Known compatibility issues exist with Microsoft's Internet Explorer version 11. There are several options to resolve these issues until a permanent fix can be deployed. These are suggestions only. Please do not make changes without a full understanding of your operating system and browser settings.

e-Teller Access

  • Uninstall Internet Explorer 11 update.
  • If using Internet Explorer 11, in your browser's "tools" option, click on the "compatibility view settings" and enter "Secure-spiritofak.com" in line one and "Spiritofak.com" in line two.
  • Download and use another browser such as Google's Chrome at https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser

The following is a chart of known computer operating systems, cross referenced with different browsers and versions that have been tested for compatibility with e-Teller.


Apple's Safari browser also has some compatibility issues that are being examined. It is recommended to use Google's Chrome if you are having issues with Safari.
